Jared Taber (Sparrow Group Founder) is a worship arts leader with a creative voice and a shepherd's spirit. I've known Jared for over 23 years. I've worked with him in nearly every capacity from managing facets of his music career to doing ministry together within the Church. Jared's heart has grown immensely over the last two decades, both as a musician and as a person. I've watched him become a dedicated husband to Courtney and the best dad that Matthew could ask for.

He first stepped into ministry through music as the lead singer of the Christian rock band Radial Angel (Warner Bros./Word), where his vocal style and songwriting helped shape the band's identity and connect with listeners across the Christian and secular rock landscapes.

Today, Jared serves, alongside Courtney, in worship arts with the heart of a pastor; focused less on performance and more on people. His passion is to help individuals grow in their faith, discover their purpose, and experience worship as something transformative, authentic and rooted in community.

Jared believes the Church thrives when worship leaders and faith communities are equipped, supported, and spiritually formed. His work reflects a consistent mission to create spaces where worship fuels discipleship, creativity points to Christ and people are empowered to grow.

With a commitment to worship, ministry and spiritual formation, Jared carries a vision to help leaders find the right place to serve, and to help churches find leaders who care deeply about people and the God they worship.
