Our Principal Consultant and founder, Jared Taber, brings a unique blend of creative artistry and deep ministry experience to his role at Sparrow Group. After a decade touring the United States as a singer/songwriter in a Christian rock band—releasing five albums, including one with Squint/Curb/Warner Brothers, and playing 100-150 shows annually—Jared transitioned into full-time worship ministry. For the past 15 years, he has navigated various church ministry transitions, gaining a firsthand understanding of both sides of the church search process. Based in Las Vegas, NV, where he resides with his wife, Courtney, and son, Matthew, Jared is passionate about helping churches and candidates discover their God-appointed next chapters and is eager to further impact the Kingdom through strategic pairings with Sparrow Group.
